Kristine & Adam | Halloween

October 31, 2019

The King and Queen of Halloween got married on a chilly Monday October 31st in front of their most favorite friends, family, and ghouls.

A truly Halloween inspired wedding at the haunted mansion of their dreams… Kristine and Adam threw an epic costume party at the Skylands Manor in Ringwood, NJ.

Kristine and Adam’s haunted hallowedding took place on a chilly Monday, October 31st. They tied the knot at Montclair Art Museum, immediately transforming thereafter into the beloved King and Queen of Halloween. A stroll in a vintage hearse led them to The Skylands Manor (in Ringwood, NJ) where their friends and family, also dressed to the nines, joined them to eat, drink, dance, and celebrate.

If you’ve followed us for a while you know we’ve been waiting for the right time to blog this wedding. Ash and I were both secretly pregnant when we shot it, the following year we were back to work with newborns (totally out of our minds busy), and then we rebranded with this new website. We missed the chance to show you the Hallowedding when the moment was right (October 31st). So the day, today, has finally come.

We are quite excited about it.

Kristine wore a beautiful, custom made, Victorian mourning dress that I still cannot get over. It came with crazy detailed instructions (theres a photo below). Their reception costumes, face painting, and pumpkin staffs were their creative doing. They also decked out their venue(s) in traditional orange and black. The decor was creative, playful, and fun. Their final resting place, mansion, was to die for and fit their theme to perfection.

The smoke bombs we lit off during their portraits was the icing on top of the cake for us. The colors and vibe fit so well with the setting sun’s colored sky. It was haunting and simultaneously beautiful. Much like this incredible duo.

So, without further ado, because photos are often better than words, Kristine and Adam’s haunted hallowedding!

Happy Anniversary, Ghouls! We love you!
